Free and Easy:  Returns and Exchanges
All purchases made at can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging, and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.

Please allow 1-2 full business days to receive your Return Authorization number and further instructions.

Important about returns:  Any item that has been used is ineligible for return.  Pending inspection, it is at the discretion of Sons of Trade to determine if the item has been used or damaged beyond an original manufacturing defect.  A used item will be returned to you and a Return Authorization number will not be provided.

Important about refund:  If receiving a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days upon the receipt and inspection of your return.  Refund will be received in the original form of payment.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
